The Hawaii House of Representatives recently drafted a resolution to the United Nations, to promote a "search for intelligent life and a definitive answer to whether or not it has come to Earth or is in our reach." This resolution was published in the May issue of the MUFON UFO Journal, along with the MUFON testimony requested by the office of Rep. Rida T.R. Cabanilla, Chair for the Hawaii House of Representative Committee on International Affairs. Her office also requested testimony from the SETI Institute, which follows below.
