This article is summarized from the paper by Brad Sparks and Barry Greenwood published in the August 2007 MUFON Symposium Proceedings, concerning the newly uncovered files and tapes of Bob Pratt, former Editor of the MUFON UFO Journal. This is Part 2 continued from the previous issue of the Journal (September 2007, pp. 3-10). Pioneer Roswell investigator William L. Moore set up himself and his partner Stanton T. Friedman for having their own Roswell investigative data fed back to them by special agent Richard Doty and his superiors at AFOSI in the form of government documents that were faked to look like they spectacularly "confirmed" what they had already previously found—but mixed in with confounding disinformation.
