Such are key questions facing the military as well as the political leaderships who have to employ forces. These are the classical questions that are not in any way restricted to particular regions, questions that belong to the chief vocabulary of the military. But our language is evolving too when we talk for instance about the "capability gap". When discussing "seeing and hearing" we talk about "information and reconnaissance". Remember what Army leaders used to pay for accurate information about the enemy?
