Recently, Moench-Group President Manfred Sadlowski had a chance to talk to William (Bill) J. Gostic, Vice-President of the Pratt &Whitney F135 Program. Bill Gostic explained the details of the program, the international cooperation, the different variants of the engine as well as new modelling tools and materials. Bill Gostic explained that the primary purpose of the F135 Engine Program is to support the Lockheed Martin F-35 with an overall propulsion system solution for all three variants of the aircraft. To that end the P&W F135 Program has cleared some significant milestones.
