I was on the phone with the voice-recognition ticketing system of the airlines. It asked, "Where do you want to go?" I answered Asuncion, Paraguay. It said "Cincinnati, Ohio?" I said no. This went on twice more and I was beginning to wonder if anyone knew where Paraguay was. Finally, I was transferred to a live ticket agent. She assured me that they did go to Paraguay and I made my reservations, the first step on the trip.
