Because mentoring and science education have long been part of its mission, the Academy has been engaged in an extensive partnership with sixteen of the tri-state area's most prestigious institutions of higher learning, including Albert Einstein College of Medicine; Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory; Columbia University; Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center; New York University; Rockefeller University; the Weill Cornell Medical College; and more.
