摘要

The installation environment for communications equipment is; higher density mounting in natural air cooling. To satisfy these needs, we dedicated ourselves to the development of new racks conforming to the European Telecommunication Standards (ETS). As the basic policy for this development, we set the following requirement conditions: 1) Design unification, 2) Standardization, 3) Stainless steel frame. While adapting these requirement conditions to the market needs in Japan, we classified items that can be combined and items that should be treated separately for designing.
