In the Shinkenchiku Housing Design Competition 2021, we are attempting a new experiment. Traditionally, competitions have been seen as a place for individuals and organizations to compete with each other for unique ideas, and to nurture proposals with a distinct signature and originality. But can't we envision alternative potential in the competition from a contemporary perspective?
