Hulu, the online-video venture backed by News Cotporation, NBC Universal and Disney, is understood to have offered major UK broadcasters an equity stake in its business in a bid to prepare the way for its much-anticipated entry into the UK market.rnIt is understood that the company has offered a stake to ITV, the UK's biggest commercial broadcaster, as well as the BBC, its commercial arm BBC Worldwide, and Channel 4.
