摘要

Highly pressured steam with an elevated temperature has been studied worldwide in recent years to improve the efficiency of boilers for thermal power generation and also from a standpoint of an energy conservation and a global environmental conservation. The final target of the steam conditions for the boilers is such an ultra supercritical pressure as 352 atmospheric pressures and 649 deg C, but the present one is 316 atmospheric pressures and 593 deg C.
