摘要

The influence of nonmonotonic behavior of AT-cut quartz-crystal resonator temperature-frequency characteristics (TFCs) on temperature stability of oscillators is analyzed. A relation is revealed between narrow-temperature frequency-hopping effects and anomalous (double-humped) amplitude-frequency responses of the resonators. The probability of appearance of frequency hopping effects depends on specific features of the resonator design and the manufacturing technology. A specially designed setup for the control of the monotonic behavior of the resonator TFC is described.
