The number of the subscribers for NTT's credit call service has been growing steadily since NTT started providing Credit Call Service in 1981, and NTT has been improving ease of use as well as adding new features. Ease of use was gradually instituted during the 1996 and 1997 fiscal years, and the details are outlined in this article (Figures 7 and 8).
