Cet article fait le point sur les performances diagnostiques et l'intérêt clinique du FDG-(18F) et des autres traceurs TEP proposés dans les diverses circonstances évolutives du cancer de la prostate: stadification initiale, recherche et extension des récidives locales ou métastatiques, localisation des récidives occultes. Quelques exemples de l'expérience préliminaire de notre équipe en TEP-TDM à la fluoro-choline-(18F) sont rapportés.%This article is a survey of diagnostic performances and clinical usefulness of FDG-(18F) and other PET tracers that have been proposed in the different settings of prostate cancer: initial staging, detection and restaging in case of local recurrence or distant metastases, localisation of occult recurrences. Some examples illustrating the experience of our team with fluoro-choline-(18F) are reported.
