摘要

The international prognostic index is a well-established tool for stratifying patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma scheduled for tailored therapy. Early FDG-PET imaging could play a major predictive role for patient survival by providing functional information about lymphoma chemosensitivity. We present here the results of the interim analysis (about 50 patients) of a prospective multi-centre study (national PHRC), the goals of which were to correlate PET response after 2 induction cycles 1) to the therapeutic response assessed by conventional diagnostic methods and 2) to event-free survival and global survival.%L'indice pronostique international est un outil bien établi pour la stratification des patients présentant un lymphome non-hodgkinien agressif et devant bénéficier d'une thérapie adaptée. L'imagerie précoce par la TEP-FD G pourrait avoir un rôle prédictif majeur sur la survie des patients en donnant une indication fonctionnelle sur la chimiosensibilité du lymphome. Nous présentons ici les résultats de l'analyse préliminaire (sur 50 patients) d'une étude prospective multi-centrique (PHRC national) visant à corréler la réponse évaluée grâce à la TEP-FDG après 2 cures d'induction 1) à la réponse thérapeutique mesurée par les méthodes diagnostiques conventionnelles et 2) à la survie sans événement et à la survie globale.
