After a couple of years on the market, the large Husky gasstation network has been split between two Canadian entities –Parkland Corp. and Federated Co-operatives Ltd. (FCL) – fetchinga price of CA$420 million, according to several announcements.Calgary, Alberta-based Cenovus Energy Inc., an integratedenergy company with oil and natural gas productionoperations, announced that it has agreed to sell its Huskyretail station network and the Wembley assets for combinedcash proceeds of nearly CA$660 million to reduce its debt.
