Applications must be submitted by 1 May for the 14 large areas off the northwest coast.rn2. Italy's Eni and Russia's Gazprom have signed an agreement under which France's EdF could join the planned 63 billion m~3/y South Stream project. Terms for EdF's participation are to be defined.
