摘要

The production of nano-objects which size is between 1 and 100 nm is of major importance in various areas such as microelectronics, electromagnetism, optoelectronics, chemistry (biomedical, pharmacy, cosmetology) and environment (reduction of pollutant emissions, savings and production of energy). Among the existing synthesis pro-cesses, laser pyrolysis is a powerful technique to produce nanopowders of Si, SiC, Si/C/N, C60, Fe, AI_2O_3 and TiO_2. Many experimental setups now exist in the world, one of which is at the DRECAM department of CEA-Saclay where this study was performed [l].
