摘要

Simulations permit the modification of the physical parameters of a system even when the corresponding experiments would lead to operationally untractable demands. This work discusses the application of the Kinetic Monte Carlo method to the numerical investigation of interface and bulk effects in pure amorphous Zinc Phthalocyanine films. Electrical currents in a single-layer opto-electronic device are studied under varying physical conditions and compared with empirical data.
