摘要

X-ray luminescence properties of LiLa1-xNdxP4O12 nanocrystals were investigated for the first time. The influence of the Nd3+ concentration on the integral emission intensities in visible and near infrared emission region were investigated. It was found that emission from F-2(2)(5/2) is strongly affected by cross-relaxation process and its intensity decreases exponentially with Nd3+ amount, while emission from F-4(7/2) + S-4(3/2), F-4(5/2) + H-2(11/2), and F-4(3/2) states rises up sublinearly with Nd3+ concentration. The size effect on emission spectra under X-ray excitation was presented. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
