Let [n] = {1, 2,..., n} be a finite set, F a family of its subsets, 2 ≤ r a fixed integer. Suppose that F contains no r + 1 distinct members F,G_1,...,G_r such that F is contained in G_1,..., F is contained in G_r all hold. The maximum size |F| is asymptotically determined up to the second term, improving the result of Tran.
