Though it has been a tradition for nearly 30 years, the packagePRINTING Excellence Awards continues to grow and impress with the finest packaging innovations the industry has to offer. This year, the 29th annual iteration of the contest did not disappoint. Approximately 130 entries traveled to the Philadelphia offices of packagePRINT-ING, where five industry experts debated and deliberated the merits of each, determining the best entries in each category and the top-three overall winners. The proof is in the pudding that packaging is improving across the board, as this year's top three Best of Show entries represented the folding carton, flexible packaging and label markets.
