Designed for the North American corrugated market by Flint Group Flexographic Products, the new nyloflex FRC printing plate is designed to provide superior resistance to chipping during plate washout-a common issue among many corrugated plates, especially thick plates with deep relief requirements. The new plate is based on an optimized formulation for faster exposure and processing times to improve productivity. The unique composition of the plate results in increased durability during processing, making it less likely to chip and offers superior print quality on all types of corrugated boards.
