Martin Automatic offers its LRD and STR automatic transfer rewinders for use in label and narrow-web applications. The LRD is used for pressure-sensitive labels, pharmaceutical cartons, lottery tickets, and flexible packaging, among others. It can wind 8" up to 40" diameter rolls on the same machine. The STR model is designed specifically for narrow-web pressure-sensitive label work. Like the LRD, it is usually paired with a Martin non-stop butt splicer at the unwind for continuous production.
