Bedford, uk-The Management Buy-Out (MBO) of Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd. from Bobst Group was announced in late October 2010. The acquisition included the UK business, and assets in both North America and China. The extraction phase from Bobst Group is expected to be completed during the first half of 2011. "Our key focus is our customers, and to complete the transition from Bobst Group in an efficient manner without affecting our service to customers in the marketplace," explains Alan Johnson, managing director. "This process is well under way and we expect it to be completed within the first six months of 2011, by which time our sales and service facilities in North America and China will be fully operational.
