Packaging materials wholesaler Westsell is back under the management of its original owners following a management buyout (MBO). Somerset-based firm Westsell was established in 1988 and is a specialist in the supply of adhesive tapes and packaging products to industrial and retail customers across the UK. The company was sold by its founder Steve Cheasley in 2003, but he stayed working at the business and was joined there by his son Dale in 2006. When the opportunity arose to take overthe business, Dale completed the management buyout with the support of a finance facility from Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance, and became the business' new managing director.
