Tesco head of packaging Sonia Raja has called on the drinks industry to follow the laundry sector's example and work together to move to concentrates where possible and make best use of packaging.rnSpeaking at Wrap's DrinksPack '09 in London on 25 February, Raja told delegates they should collaborate on developing packaging to "maximise returns and consumer acceptance".rnShe said the laundry sector had worked together to move to concentrates with Tesco's support. The multiple has used in-store communications to promote these packaging improvements and cost savings to the consumer.
