Red Bull has been ordered to pay a record fine for not complying with packaging waste regulations in the same month that the Environment Agency (EA) came under pressure to communicate the rules better.rnRed Bull was fined £271,800 by Southwark Magistrates Court in London, after it admitted to failing to comply with the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations.rnRed Bull brought itself to the EA's attention in July 2007 over its failure to pay for its obligations for eight years.
