It's amazing what a little perspective can give you. Before contract packer Mailway took time to assess its business model, it had been running at a loss. Fast-forward four years and the Bradford-based business is flourishing with satellite sites in both Glasgow and Maidstone. But how has it managed this dramatic turnaround?rnThe turning point came in 2005 when the company was turning over £6.5m but running at a loss, says sales director Stewart Clough. "We changed the business quite radically from being operationally focused, but not very efficient, to being customer driven," he says.
