Cereal giant Kellogg's has started a six-month trial of a new space-saving box with retailers in the US.rnThe company said the packs, which are being trialled in Detroit, hold the same amount of food but use 8% less packaging material.rnKim Miller, vice president of morning foods marketing at Kellogg's, said: "The compact packaging allows for more efficient use of retailer space."rnIt is so far unclear if the packs will be rolled out on a wider scale.
