Linpac Packaging is in early-stage talks over building a food packaging plant in Belarus, as it looks to expand its capacity in the central and eastern European market.rnThe global food packaging firm, based in West Yorkshire, has started discussions with authorities in the former Soviet country to build a plant there.rnLinpac Packaging, the plas-tic packaging arm ofrnBirmingham-based Linpac Group, already runs a manufacturing site in Poland to serve the region.rnRalf Wiinderlich, Linpac Packaging president and man-aging director said that Belarus was "well located for serving emerging markets in central and eastern Europe".
