Ultimate Packaging has secured a Elm loan from Barclays Commercial to invest in new printing press equipment. The Grimsby-based firm produces printed bags and wrapping films for the food industry and counts Asda among its customer base. The money will help the firm further invest in its 5,500m2 facility located on the greenfield Europarc site on the edge of the town. Finance director Jeremy Hodson said: "This funding will allow us to invest in the top-of-the-range printing technology and meet the demands of large retailers in terms of flexibility, range and speed."
