Smurfit Kappa UKhas selected IPP Logipal to supply it with one-way transport pallets. The packaging firm, which has customers in markets including cosmetics, automotive, food and drink and furnishings, decided to review its pallet supplier arrangements when IPP was recommended by a number of its clients. Andrew Innes, Smurfit Kappa UK's supply chain director, said the company had managed to save money by appointing IPP. He added: "Having an integrated pallet solution across the supply chain eliminat es the need for any double handling and makes the whole process more efficient."
