Get ready for a new name in the bottling business: Cobevco. If you haven't heard of the brand before, you will probably know its parent company Quinn Glass.The business has been in and out of packaging industry headlines in recent years for its ￡500m construction of one of the world's most advanced bottle making facilities in Elton, Cheshire. The project attracted controversy, and a lengthy court battle, when it was built without full planning permission; the issue was eventually resolved, after ministerial intervention, back in 2009 when planning permission was granted retrospectively.
