Our client, part of a larger business and with ambitious plans for the future, manufactures, packs and despatches both its own and third-party company pharmaceutical and health and personal care products. You will have overall responsibility for a team of over 100 staff and manufacturing, packing and warehousing facilities which are state of the art. You will be managing the team to optimise operational parameters with the aim of driving continuous improvement. The business plans for a rising output over the next few years and you will be at the centre of the drive to realise this, while complying with all the regulations, codes of practice, health and safety requirements and budgetary constraints.
