I've been in the packaging industry for 16 years. I started working for Pack Forsk, the Swedish equivalent to PI RA, as a consultant on packaging technology. We are in a very competitive market, and my challenge is to revitalise the Technical Service team at Tetra Pak to ensure we are fully prepared to meet cur- rent and, more excitingly, future demand. Weare inthe midst of ajoumey of change, so the majority of my time at the moment is spent meeting with the customers to understand their needs and with my team to ensure they are on board for the opportunities ahead of us.
