Asda has packed its Jersey Royal potatoes in new "revolutionary" packaging which it claims will reduce food waste. The retail giant said that it will use Evap film, which combines a "unique" formula and technology to create an optimally tailored gas permeable packaging film, to effectively respond to the natural gases produced during the respiration process.
