Converting equipment group Bobst has moved to defy the ever-increasing input costs that have plagued packaging in recent times, by cutting the price of spare parts by a fifth. The Swiss family-owned group has reduced the cost of more than 10,000 spare parts by an average of 23% as a result of changes made under a restructure initiated last year by chief executive Jean-Pascal Bobst.
