Printed corrugated specialist Inspirepac is aiming to "push the boundaries of flexo" after revealing a £3.8m investment for its Wetherby facility. The Gopfert Evolution high board line machine will print in up to six colours and will feature a rotary die cutter that will allow the machine to run constantly, with job changes taking place 'on the fly'. Inspirepac chief executive Chris Marples said that the investment would "future proof the business for the next five years" and would offer FMCG clients a near-litho quality of print from a flexo process.
