Greg Vallance, the founder of design agency Embrace Brands has joined Holmes & March-ant in a newly-created role of managing partner. Vallance, who is also a former executive creative director at Vibrandt, will have overall responsibility for leading the Marlow-based agency's creative team and in particular with deputy creative director Richard Hunt.
