Chesapeake Belfast has installed new press ancillary kit from Technotrans designed to maximise process control, minimise waste and enhance print quality at its facility. The pharmaceutical cartons specialist has bought an ink. mate agitator. According to Technotrans, the kit "minimises the risk of quality impairment and reducing ink waste".In addition, the company has installed a beta.f filtration system, which reduces the level of chemistry required in the printing process. Chesapeake Belfast has also installed a beta.c220 circulator, which controls the temperature of the inking and dampening, and an alpha.v varnish dispensing system.
