Returnable packaging, having used for some of the in-house products and proved to be effective in waste reduction, has note been applied to large-sized products of more than 300 kg. In the process of developing returnable packaging, cushioning that would be highly durable in repetitive use was needed to replace corrugated or EPS cushioning. The new returnable packaging called PET Bottle Rack was developed to reduce the burden on environment by promoting Reuse, which contributes more to CO_2 reduction than other 2Rs. PET bottle was chosen for this returnable packaging as we thought that it would offer high-quality transport required for a large-sized copier as well as cushioning property.%すでに自社商品の一部に採用され，廃棄物低減の効果を上げている循環型包装であるが，300kgを越える大型の製品には展開され ていなかった。
