摘要

The Packaging Evaluation system II is a management tool developed with the aim of promot- ing appropriate packaging practices by quantifying the quality of a package under basic evaluation items and by presenting potential problems in a visible manner. By adding items for evaluating environmental compatibility, this system is now able to indicate more clearly which products should be targeted for packaging rationalization in terms of environmental compatibility, further in- creasing its potential for contributing to the achievement of more efficient package design prac- tices.
