The quality problem occurred in the market by the product which used the paper base cushion material. The development introduced the method of examining reproduction by the com- Pound examination by which tempered with the low restruction and the moisture dete- Rioration which was the charact eristic of paper from the reproduction experiment. A new examination standard was enacted from the content and securing the market auality was aimed at.
