摘要

The purpose of the Product Liability Law is to relieve the injured person by setting ofrth liability of the manufacturer when the injury is caused by a defect in the product. The defect is classified into three kinds, specification, manufacturing and suggestion/ Warning. The defect in indication is recognized as the defect in suggestion/warning. This defect seems to be the easist to be proved by the injured person. In this para- graph, the position of the indication in this law, how to indicate and the case to relieve by the defect of the indication will be described.
