Labeling is one of the crucial means to ensure that pharmaceuticals are handled and used properly, which is why labeling of pharmaceuticals is regulated strictly by the Drugs, Cosmetics and Medical instruments Act and other laws. It is a generally-held view that, in order to ensure proper use of pharmaceuticals, the Conveyance of information for increasing their usability is necessary in addition to the labeling required by law. This report describes not only legal regulations for pharma- ceuticals but also labeling for increased usability.
