摘要

Paper industry is the key industry of pollution emission, and also one of the industries with great potential of energy saving and emission reduction. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the upgrading of pulp and paper making technology and equipment and develop water-saving technology and equipment. In this paper, the authors analyse the technological innovation of forestry paper industry and the effect of rural financial development based on panel model. At the same time, rural financial development is an important means to promote regional economic growth and an effective mechanism to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. The empirical results prove the positive effect of rural financial development on income, and granger test verifies the causal relationship between variable
