In this paper, the actual value and specific application of BIM technology to fabricated building are briefly described in terms of design, manufacture, manufacture and installation. In addition, BIM technology also saves cost and optimizes the quality of assembled building the purpose of the assembly-type building and BIM technology complement each other will be rapid development.
