In response to customers' needs, Metso Paper is introducing enhanced Nimax screen baskets for different screening applications, including DIP and OCC. The new high-capacity screen baskets feature excellent runnability while ensuring targeted cleanliness of pulp. Pulp screening is always a procedure of optimization between the highest possible capacity and desired accept quality. But there is no need for unnecessary compromises. Metso Paper's new generation 2 Nimax screen baskets allow a customer-optimized screening solution for any position and furnish. Several new Nimax baskets have already been delivered to customers around the world. The results fulfil the expectations in terms of capacity and screening efficiency in all applications.
