Reversing, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court held on April 4 that it was up to a jury - not a judge - to determine the point at which David and Leslie Gleason should have reasonably been aware that their various illnesses were caused by toxic mold in their basement. Without dissent, the court said, "Our jurisprudence has recognized that the point at which the complaining party should be reasonably aware that he or she has suffered an injury and should have identified its cause is ordinarily an issue of fact to be determined by the jury due to the fact intensive nature of the inquiry.
