Mujib Abid is a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney's Department of Government and International Relations, and a sessional academic at the Western Sydney University, The College. He has a BA from the American University of Afghanistan and a Master in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney's Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies. Mujib is the recipient of Sydney Peace Foundation's Afghan Peace Scholarship. His research interests include post-colonialism, peace and conflict studies, and post-2001 Afghanistan.
